The renting details
* min. renting period: 2 years
* mandatory monthly payment: common costs are currently HUF 11 700, Network (now with ONE: net, TV & landline)
while district heating, electricity and water & sewerage fees are calculated based on individual consumption based on the meter
* rent: 200 000 Ft + monthly overhead costs/utilities + 3 months deposit
* move in by paying first month's rent/200,000 HUF + 1 month's common expenses and 3 months deposit.
